We assist with buy-side and sell-side transactions, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation. We also advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Our forte is working in challenging African markets, or with challenging assets, either because of the location, the development stage or the sector. This sets us apart from other M& A advisors. We also are experienced in preparing businesses for sale, including financial modelling and pitch book creation.

## Secondary Transaction Advisory Services

We advise investors on the acquisition of interests in funds and funds of funds that have reached the end of fund life but have interests which are not yet ready for exit. These secondary transactions provide liquidity solutions for the fund managers and their Limited Partners (LP) while enabling continued value creation from underlying assets. Our services cover transaction structuring, valuation support, due diligence coordination, negotiation, and execution. We also advise on the financing of secondary transactions, assisting clients in structuring and securing appropriate funding solutions to optimise transaction economics and returns.
